I had a very unpleasent experience. The owner was Unprofessional, and refused to redo my hair after only leaving 1hr and 30 min ago. Her braids she gave me were loose!! She put soooo much jail on my braids to "fix" them she made the braids look BAD! She said my hair was "too soft" and that it was not her fault my braids were loose; and another said my hair "was too short"... when in actuality my hair is down to my shoulders! The owner took no responsibility and refused to fix my hair if i had another problem
Got individuals for the first time ever and chose this place Alpha because I was driving past. I love my braids! Only took five hours. I get so many compliments on my braids. Fefe is very professional and the two sisters that braided my hair were awesome and very kind and funny, had me laughing. The children waiting to be picked up were very quite and respectful. I will be going back!.
. She also used a unsanitary comb on my head that still had hair in it, and proceed to use it on my head.. she ripped out some of my hair while using a "small tooth comb" to comb through my curls. THIS WAS HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, AND A WAIST OF MONEY! THIS WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME COMING HERE !
I removed my braids here and was charged only $30 and they were fast.
when I got my box braids they got done in about four hours I got medium box braids it's only been like two weeks since I had them and they're very loose I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. The shop was very dirty children were running around everywhere roaches were on the ground, they need to be shut down. very upset i paid 160 for this mess they put in my head
My first visit, no complaints! I got my hair braided/senagalese twist! Very nice ladies! Good customer sercvice!!!!!
